Blend : Grenache Noir, Carignan, Cabernet Franc.
Vinification : traditional, in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats. Short maceration process (2 weeks) with short daily periods of punching down to favour gentle extraction.
Maturation : 6 months in stainless-steel vats.
Tasting characteristics : garnet coloured with deep purple hues. An expressive nose with aromas of blackberries and mild spices. Lovely crisp and fruity taste, with plenty of fullness and a delicately spicy finish.
Food and wine pairing : to be enjoyed alone, or during a meal of cooked pork meats, grilled meat, or fresh or ripened cheese.
Serving temperature : 16°C.
Optimum maturity : 3 to 4 years.

Blend : Viognier, Roussanne.
Vinification : pneumatic pressing in an open-cage press. Cold raking of must. Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Maturation : 4 months in stainless-steel vats.
Tasting characteristics : yellow with greenish hues. To the nose it is fresh and expressive with hints of peach and white flowers enhanced by minty notes. Full-bodied and very fresh on the palate.
Food and wine pairing : to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a salad, grilled Mediterranean prawns, fresh cheese or a fruit salad.
Serving temperature : 10°C.
Optimum maturity : 2 years.

Vinification : pneumatic pressing in an open-cage press. Cold raking of must. Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Maturation : 4 months in stainless-steel vats.
Tasting characteristics : pale pink with peachy hues. The nose is intensely fruity and dominated by aromas of small red berries (redcurrants, raspberries). Fragrant on the palate, with hints of flowers, beautifully full on the attack with a remarkably fresh finish.
Food and wine pairing : to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with tapas, gazpacho, salads, grilled meat and fresh cheese.
Serving temperature : 10°C.
